"Since joining the programme, I've learned all about the sales process including the more technical aspects such as FSA regulations. At the branch I was given a buddy to shadow and have learned so much through observation but what I've really enjoyed about the programme is being able to meet and deal with different customers."

"The staff at the branch are really nice and it's a great atmosphere to work in. My success to date is that I'm now a fully fledged sales person and selling on my own. I'm selling on average one car a day which is not bad for a new guy! This has been a brilliant career move for me with plenty of opportunity to progress within the company."
